Whenever the Philippines has a problem this great song by Freddie Aguilar seems to be played... this version i find most inspiring as Freddie sings it with passion..especially the end where he sings without music. Freddie was once invited to the palace, where he was just a little upset with the shall with the lavish lifestyle of the president...whilst the majority of the people starve..not much has changed .. but Freddie Aguilar never returned.. a sign of a person who loves his country and its people
